The Bear & Son 2A97R is an everyday carry pocket knife that features the traditional style with the modern functionality of an automatic. The blade immediately folds open with the simple press of a recessed button. The Bear & Son 2A97R features the traditional appearance with our popular Rosewood handles. The 2A97R weighs 2.9 ounces and is designed with a Hollow Ground 3-3/4″ High Carbon Stainless Steel blade that is rust resistant and holds an edge very well. The 2A97R is easy to sharpen although a diamond sharpener is recommended due to the metal hardness. The Nickel Silver bolsters adds the more traditional appearance and it is designed with a pocket clip for tip-up carry. The Bear & Son 2A97R is designed with a stainless-steel positive lock to ensure that the blade remains firmly in place once opened. The Bear & Son 2A97R has an overall length of 8-3/4″ and is proudly made in the USA.
